Project Description
The general contractor requested FORTA-FERRO in the concrete apron to eliminate the use of steel reinforcement in the original design. FORTA’s macro synthetic fiber creates a Stronger Lasting™ concrete that will handle the load of the heavy machinery onsite. This fiber helped optimize the original design and allowed for a superior broom finish that contractors were still able to use to cast their panels.
