This expansive parking lot utilized the OptiPave system with FORTA-FERRO macro synthetic fibers, resulting in a pavement that combines durability with cost-effectiveness. The design minimized curling and ensured that panel edges were not simultaneously loaded, significantly reducing overall pavement thickness and maintenance costs.

Engineers from Toscana Corporation and Bracket Engineering were tasked with developing a cost-effective yet robust concrete pavement solution following the deterioration of the 10,000-square-foot Arrowhead Drive asphalt road. With OptiPave, they successfully converted the aging asphalt road into a strong, long-lasting, and low-maintenance concrete surface.

In this industrial warehouse parking lot, OptiPave was chosen for its cost-effectiveness and superior performance compared to traditional asphalt. The use of FORTA-FERRO in the OptiPave system provided a durable, light-reflective surface requiring less maintenance for enhanced longevity.
