Project Description
Prologis specified the OptiPave System, reinforced with FORTA-FERRO macrosythethic fiber for this speculative industrial warehouse parking lot. This optimized pavement design provided the developer with a heavy-duty concrete pavement that was more cost effective than their traditional asphalt design, providing them with a longer lasting, light reflective, and more durable pavement, requiring less maintenance.
