Project Description
Grove City, PA completed a side-by-side trial project (control vs. fiber) on Spring Street. The entire road was first milled and then filled. Half of the street had FORTA-FI in the wearing course and the other side was used as a control.
Update
After inspection at year 3, Spring Street continues to show minimal signs of pavement distress and boasts an average of 95 PCI (Pavement Condition Index) while the control side has an average PCI of 88.
