Helix Steel and ICC-ES have developed an Equivalency Evaluation Report with pre-approved plans for using Helix Micro Rebar® in constructing single- and two-family homes.
This report – ICC-ES EER-3949 – is a companion to the ICC-ES ESR-3949 report and includes schematic plans, details and tables for standard wall applications. This report makes Helix® Micro Rebar® reinforcement more accessible, efficient, and sustainable for residential construction for projects involving below-grade and above-grade walls.

ICC-ES is a nonprofit, limited liability company that does technical evaluations of building products, components, methods, and materials. The evaluation process culminates with the issuance of technical reports that, because they directly address the issue of code compliance, are extremely useful to both regulatory agencies and building-product manufacturers.
