Project Description

A high-traffic parking lot serving hundreds of thousands of visitors each year needed a durable solution completed on a tight schedule. For this 2,700-ton, 2/2.5-inch mill and fill project, FORTA-FI was used to help reduce cracking and extend pavement life on aging pavement exposed to years of rain, heat, and wear. With owner expectations of 10 to 20 years of added service life, this project highlights the value of fiber reinforcement in demanding commercial applications.
